How to Share a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Fair treatment matters when you contact Footholdtechnologies Concrete. Please let us know if something went wrong. This page explains how to raise a concern and what follows. It is a general template rather than legal advice.

Concerns You Can Share

You may contact us about:

  • Your experience with Footholdtechnologies Concrete by phone or message
  • How your personal information was handled
  • Website information that seems confusing or inaccurate
  • The behavior of a provider you reached through our service

Problems Involving a Provider

Providers in our network operate independently. Their estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service are their own responsibility. For a concern about work at your home, speak with the provider directly first and keep a written record.

Please also share the concern with us. Your feedback helps us maintain an honest network. Providers with repeated shortcomings may be removed. Footholdtechnologies Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, return payments made to a provider or represent a provider.

Details to Send

Write to contact@footholdtechnologies.living with:

  • Your name and contact details
  • When you contacted Footholdtechnologies Concrete or the provider
  • The phone number used or form submitted, if you remember
  • The provider's name, if known
  • A brief account of the problem and the action you would like us to take

How Your Complaint Is Handled

We will acknowledge your complaint by email, generally within a few business days. We will review what happened and may contact the provider as part of that review. Afterward, we will explain our findings and any action we intend to take.

Options After Our Response

If the response leaves your concern unresolved, reply to request another review. You may also approach your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For matters involving licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to assist.
